PROJECT 1: SAP / hybris Replatform Effort (2015 - 2017)
Served as the delivery lead at Signet on a large scale eCommerce re-platform initiative. Was responsible for the successful transition of a legacy GSI / eBay Enterprise platform to hybris for the five Zales eCommerce websites. Included in the upgrade were replacements of all call center, fulfillment, PIM, credit and payment systems, and drop-ship vendor systems. Directly managed three SI's, over 200 contractors, and 50 FTE's.

PROJECT 2: WebSphere Commerce - Responsive Web Design (2014-2016)
While at Signet, I served as delivery lead for large-scale RWD reskinning of the Kay, Jared, Kay Outlet, and Sterling Jewelers websites. Directly managed all third party groups responsible for the implementation, including development, creative UI / UX teams, quality assurance, and business analysts.

My goal with all projects is to delivery quality. Quality drives my overall decision making, and is the factor that I compromise on the least when evaluating the factors of any given project. Below are recaps of major project initiatives that I've undertaken in recent years. While this is not inclusive of my entire portfolio of work, they represent the size and scope of successful projects that I've delivered.
